Yeah...now I feel I wanna eat it....
The classic simple bread I am talking about have either ebi filling or egg jam filling.
But I like the ones with ebi most, that puffy bread even when you press it will puff up back, has a mild seet taste together eaten with the fragrant salty ebi filling.
It taste wonderful, I like the ones with egg jam filling too but if using the family recipe.(tasty...)
Simple taste yet blends well with your tongue. Expensive bread may taste than these simple bread, but the nostalgic simple taste will somehow brighten your day, don't you think so?
